A primeira editora que acordámos representar na Fabulous Generation é uma editora independente multi-nacional chamada Fading Ways. Fundada em Toronto, Canadá, nos anos 90, a Fading Ways entrou no mercado europeu estabelecendo-se no Reino Unido e Finlândia.

Em 2010 a Fabulous Generation vai organizar as tournées dos Stereo Satanics (Alemanha), dos Red Orkestra (Canadá), JUD (Alemanha), David Judson Clemmons (EUA/Alemanha), e de Neil Leyton, o luso-canadiano fundador da Fading Ways.

A Fading Ways foi fundada em Toronto por Neil Leyton, um músico de rock n roll alternativo que na altura liderava a banda de glam-art-rock The Consciente Pilate. A editora surgiu da cena indie/alternativa de Toronto que incluía, por exemplo, a banda de garage rock The Sinisters, a banda de glam-punk Plasma Blast, a banda de surf-rock The Sin-Tones entre outros. Em 2003 a editora adoptou a utilização de licenças de Creative Commons, fazendo assim transparecer de forma bem clara aos seus fans que os seus artistas apoiavam a livre partilha de ficheiros como uma forma vital de promoção da sua música, garantindo que nenhum fã poderia ser processado pela partilha não comercial da sua música.

A Fading Ways tem hoje distribuição nos seguintes territórios: Canadá, BeNeLux, Reino Unido, Alemanha, Áustria, Suíça, Finlândia, Escandinávia e Portugal. A distribuição digital é mundial. Foi recentemente conseguida a distribuição na Austrália e Nova Zelândia, e lançada uma nova loja digital sediada nos EUA, que vem complementar a loja de música online pela qual a Fading Ways distribui mundialmente.

The first label we have agreed to represent here at Fabulous Generation is the multi-national independent label Fading Ways. Starting in Toronto, Canada, in the mid 90's, Fading Ways grew into Europe establishing offices in the UK and Finland. 

Fabulous Generation will organize tours in 2010 for Fading Ways artists Stereo Satanics (Germany), Red Orkestra (Canada), JUD (Germany), David Judson Clemmons (USA/Germany), and Portuguese-born label founder Neil Leyton. 

The Fading Ways label was started in Toronto by indie rock n roll artist Neil Leyton, who was then fronting glam-art-rockers The Conscience Pilate. The label grew out of the Toronto indie scene that included garage rockers The Sinisters, glam-punks Plasma Blast, surf-rockers The Sin-Tones and other indie acts. In 2003 the label embraced Creative Commons licenses, thus making it clear to its fans that their artists endorsed file-sharing as a vital means of promotion, ensuring no fan was sued for non-commercial sharing of its music.

Fading Ways is currently distributed in the following territories: Canada, BeNeLux, UK, Germany-Austria-Switzerland, Finland & Scandinavi, Portugal, as well as worldwide digital. They have just closed a distribution deal in Australia and New Zealand, and launched a new USA-based digital download shop that complements its own world-wide mailorder service.
