Press:
„The beauty of The Green Apple Sea’s
second album hits you totally unexpected. Maybe Teenage Fanclub would
sound like that if they recorded Crosby Stills Nash and Young’s „Deja
Vu“, or Lou Barlows Folk Implosion on a sunny day.“ (ROLLING STONE
– GERMANY)
„For Sure: This is state-of-the-art
when you are looking for Country-/Folk-influenced Indie-Pop-Music in
Germany. (INTRO – GERMANY)
„Think of the Kings of Convenience
in the hayloft or Turin Brakes with a lot more Folk“ (MUSIKEXPRESS
– GERMANY)
„A soundtrack for times when silence,
e.g. in a conversation, is not a big problem anymore.“ (LOOP – SWITZERLAND)
You want to hold your breath considering
the obscure beauty of these graceful songs that go straight to your
heart.“ (TITEL-MAGAZIN – GERMANY)
